This Summer, The Wild Fork will provide the catering and hospitality at The Grange Festival 2017.
Dedicated to performing world-class opera, the Festival opens on Wednesday 7 June,
continuing the great legacy of opera at The Grange near Alresford, Hampshire.
To truly immerse yourself in the atmosphere and beautiful surroundings of The Grange, we recommend you arrive early when the grounds open two hours before curtain up.
Alongside serving traditional afternoon tea, canapés and picnic hampers to enjoy in the rolling Arcadian landscape of the Park, The Wild Fork will be hosting a more formal dining experience in The Grange Restaurant.
Guests can also hire the first-floor gallery – a special dining room for an exceptional private dinner for up to 24 people to enjoy Mike Robinson’s exclusive ‘Wild Food Feast Menu’.
Focusing on the best of British seasonal game and foraged food, a wine pairing option is available for each course, with wines carefully selected to suit each dish.
